It was high-class, brand-new and with enormous double windows left open in early november. Really efficient and genuinely helpful staff who were always there to help. Perfect location just off st Leonards sea front, the council and the boardwalk, restaurants and bars were walking distance to the hotel. I found Teddy's Beach Diner offering shots and different drinks 3 km of the venue.
